Attorney Meguerditchian graduated with a J.D. from the University of La Verne, College of Law, in 2013. She graduated in the top 10% of her class.
That same year, she was accepted into the California State Bar (2013).
She also holds a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach (2009).

Attorney Desiree Meguerditchian is the Managing Attorney of Foothill Law Group, a boutique law firm based out of Arcadia, CA that serves the Greater Los Angeles area. Ms. Meguerditchian's practice focuses on litigation in the realm of divorce and family law, with an added specialization of serving as a child's legal representative in parental and custody disputes. She also runs a thriving Bankruptcy Law practice for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, representing both debtors and creditors.
Ms. Meguerditchian started the Foothill Law Group five years ago, with her practice then spanning across a variety of matters, from civil disputes to business agreements. She has since made a name for herself in the LA County Superior Court system for her notable litigation work in successfully trying many contested matters, including child custody, child support, alimony, division of marital property, domestic violence restraining orders and termination of parental rights.
She is a certified Minor's Counsel in the State of California, appointed by the courts to represent a minor in Family Law cases involving child abuse, child neglect, drug related cases, and high conflict divorces.
Attorney Meguerditchian began her academic career studying criminal justice at California State University, Long Beach. After completing internship work, foot patrol on the streets of DTLA working as a civilian for the Los Angeles Police Department, she was on track to becoming a detective. These skills of problem solving and investigating are among the many she brings into her practice today.
Attending Law School at 22, Meguerditchian says “ It was the greatest challenge I had at the time and I overcame it. “Unless you’re being challenged you’re not growing.” She graduated in the top 10% of her class.
While in Law school Meguerditchian volunteered for three years for a non-profit called “Neighborhood Legal Society,” they have a courthouse location where they offer self help and legal services to litigants. This is where she dove into family law.
